Division Info

The Division Info tab contains the division name, address, contact information, inventory options and logo. Click the Division Info tab to bring this portion of the form to the front.

Division Logo

You may add a specific image for this division to use at the Home page. To specify a specific logo for this division, see "Home Page Logo" for more information.

Information for the Division

Enter basic division information at this tab as well as division inventory option settings.

Division Address

Three options are available for adding an address to this division:

Select an Address Option

You are able to select an address from the list of addresses already in the application and assign it to the division.

  1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Select an address field and select the division's address from the list.
  1. The address will populate the address fields in the tab. The fields in this tab are read-only.

Add an Address

You are able to add a new address for the division at the Address tab. The new address will be saved to the address list, and then must be selected for the division.

  1. At the Address tab, click the Add icon.
  2. The fields at the Address tab are placed into Add mode.
  3. Enter the address information in the applicable fields. (The Address 1 field is required.)
  1. Click the Save icon to save the address to the division.
  2. The address is saved to the system address list and the fields clear. (To cancel adding this address, click the Cancel Cancel icon icon to clear the fields.)
  3. Click the drop-down arrow in the Select an address field. Select this address from the list in order to select it for this division. It will populate the Address tab again; the fields are read-only.

Edit an Address

An existing address may be selected and then edited. This address will be updated in the system and assigned to this division.

  1. Select an address from the list of addresses by clicking the drop-down arrow in the Select an address field and select the division's address from the list. The address will populate the address fields in the tab.
  2. Click the Edit icon to place the tab in Edit mode.
  3. The fields in the tab become active and may be changed. Edit the address information, as necessary.
  1. Click the Save icon to save the address changes.
  2. The address is updated in the form and in the address list. The fields in the Address tab become read-only.

Division Contact Info

Add or edit contact information for the division at this tab.

Division Options

Each division contains options for how you will handle the item inventory at any site in this division. These option settings are division-wide and are enforced at each site in this division. Division options are set from this tab. For more information see see "Setting Division Options".
